SJRs are taught to make bioenzymes out of fruit wastes. This is normally done during long school holidays as they need to release the CO2 pressure build up in the bottles daily.

Bio-enzyme or otherwise known as garbage enzyme is multipurpose solution produced using fruit peels, brown sugar and water. it has several uses such as organic  fertilizer and organic pesticide, and as cleaning liquid to remove oil and odour.
